Sent Items is empty when it shouldn't be

I've sent 2 private messages and there is nothing in my sent items. I can't find any record of them. Is this normal?

Have you "set it up" to where it saves "sent" messages? look to see if you did that....

Go to- "Settings" then to "My Settings" then to "My Account" then to "General Settings" and scroll down to- "Sent Private Messages" and click on "Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default".
