    you have to earn it... in the new member and educational sections it talks about what you need to do... basically you have to contribute to the forums, prove your not an idiot and make sure to not break the forum rules...if you can do that over about 100 posts you can start to earn your stripes around here....i would make sure to read the educational forums especially the rules before you start to post to much...if you have already then ignore my message...
