    Age

    Hi , been reading for over a year now but my profile age hasn't changed , thought I better say now. And when will I get other privileges on my account such as pm .

    You need to post. Just start a thread throw in your workout routine and make a log. Check in everyday.

    Ok I'm just trying to make new diet , so once I have it nearly there il post it up for critique , what about age as I don't want to leave it , because no1 will believe me

    Your age was put in by you when you registered... (on your profile <-- not changing) Your birthday ws not put in with the year which causes it to change so I took care f it for you... no problem...
