Cannot attach images to PMs

I've attempted a couple times to attach images to a PM and it will only allow me to put in a URL? I've been told that I should be able to attach the images directly, but can't seem to do that. Can someone help me out here?

You have to use 3rd party image converting software I believe. I really wish they would change this feature!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm getting the same thing and in the past I use to be able to. No idea... been waiting to hear back from Admin to see what the deal is.

Yeah, there really is no way to upload on the PM's directly from your hard drive.

I dont know how to do any of that crap anyway
