don't know how to search

I try to search and i almost always get no search results back i am using mobile app. If that makes a diff. I know i can search for this answer but........ any ideas

If i search test l get results but if i try to narrow it to say test at night. I get nothing. Not that l search that just example. Like i know i read something about oats and protein at night so l typed oats night. And no results am l just doing it wrong
