    Sticky the Post Restrictions

    Please create a sticky outlining all of the post count 'milestones' needed to access certain forum features. Beyond the Spam filter warning of 25 posts, there's no way of knowing when I can view profiles, PM other users, etc.

    There's a couple things that I would like to ask a moderator or veteran of the site via PM (not about sources, I promise) and I have no idea when I'll be able to do that.
