User CP - > Options - > Messaging & Notification Section

Jason, I also don't recieve emails when I get any new pm's and I checked User cp and it's all good.

hmmm, ok. Well the final release of vb3 is coming out soon. Just bear with me for a little bit longer and hopefully the update will fix it.
