    Misery did you read the rest of this thread? I tried to explain it the best I could. But basically I got the wrong end of the stick last time.

    Err well nothing good to report here i'm afraid, first i was sick which has now being diagnosed as dyspepsia ( excess acid stomach ) lost 5lb, then i went on a eating and drinking binge for Easter Holidays put on a ton of fat, so i thought i would take evasive action and tried something that would probably be shunned on here, which took be all the way back down to 208lb, now im into Plan C which I know for fact a lot of guys wont really agree with, but its my life, my decisions and i will deal with the consequences.

    OK so I'm up 3lbs to 211lbs, defo stronger today, vascularity is starting to show through.

    I think I'm gonna mini bulk for four weeks then a mini cut for four weeks. AM fasted cardio for eight more weeks, carbs only around workout, see what happens.

    Got some sick veins starting to show through.

    No carb weekend. Weighed in 212.5 this am

    Eating 2700 cals today 40 p 36 c 24 f. My fitnesspal says u should be 218 in five weeks and hopefully at 8% ;-)

    Chest and push iron this aft.

    Funeral tomorrow, bike and back in morning.

    Feeling horny from the test :-)

    Weighed In at 214.6 lb dry weight this am, bf still dropping. Weight up fat down.

    Feeling great buddy, thanks, training is spot on. Going to modify diet again, starting next week.
    Gonna be tee total till the end of the comp, which admittedly is my biggest downfall.

    Just taken some comparison pictures this morning, may post em up later, if I can

    I don't think we have them in the UK, oats and egg whites for me, it's the only way to 8%

    Bloody Americans... Us Brits don't get your humour! Your sitcoms go right over my head with the exception of a few.

    I've only seen lucky charms once, and that's at an American store in Southampton. They sell buttermilk pancake mix, Hershey's, butterfingers, twinkles, peanut butter M&Ms, cereal I never knew existed, tons of fizzy drinks, basically everything us Brits have seen in American movies. All the good stuff.
    I have to walk past the store a few times a week... It's very hard.
