    I'll do 2 warm up sets with 135 x 15

    It's the only way I've tried that will make my quads responsive

    Well bad news...and good news...

    Bad...I dropped 4 pounds...

    Good...pretty sure it was water weight

    Got my bw back and e2 was at 103. Doubled up on adex a few days ago. Can already tell the difference in my general day to day life. Started seeing vascularity in my bicep, shoulders lats. I had lost that over the past couple weeks.

    I hadn't been updating this very much past few days. Will try to get on it.

    Alright...update? My wife's got me building all sort of shit at home! Lol shelves in the garage, fishing cables behind the wall, shelf in the living room, new mantel above the fire place lol I've managed to get to the gym every day, but diets Ben sub par. Weights at about 226-227. Strength is steady inclining still. Minor pain in my elbow from heavy seated French presses. Took some measurements last night. Wasn't too thrilled about the symmetry.

    Chest - 45
    Bicep - 18.5
    Waist - 32
    Thigh - 25.5
    Calf - 15.5
