235.7 this morning Will check BF at gym this afternoon.......It has gone from 21.7 to 19.3 so far
Starting weight was 241..........
I feel Im down at least a inch or more in waist.......core getting firmer (Abs hangin leg raises ouch but work)
Hopin my anavar will help preserve muscle mass while I cut.........
I know about loosin size panic......just buy smaller size shirts so they feel tight! My wife has some large Tshirts on standbye incase I start to freakout lol

Fasted cardio was good this morning when out down the country lanes
It's been ages since this compartment syndrome in my leg.

Went for long 2 hour fasted walk up and down the hills this morning pushing the push chair just me and the little one was great to get out and just walk aimlessly
Just done heavy chest and abs feel tender at moment lol
I took some photos but deleted them as couldn't see any difference at all
But in person I can see my obliques coming out and can feel them aswell.
It's seriously torturing me cutting with no gear as I feel I am wasting away one minute and eating too much the next
I'm sure I'm going to be happy with results at the end and then I can concentrate on a huge blast and cruise regime

I'm seeing definition in delts and traps etc quads are looking good to still the excess adipose tissue around the mid section being a stubborn mother

How did you calculate your tdee?
TBH if you are losing weight it's highly unlikely you are going to eat into LBM with your stats and those calories.

I'm not happy with progress as cutting without gear is a massive head **** to be blunt.
I don't want to loose to much lbm but know I need to shift the excess bf
Some days I feel tiny and get on the scales and see 250
Will get there I the end though

Here's my last update picture until the end of the comp
Had a pm chat with Marcus about my goals and concerns etc and my mind is at ease now
I was concentrating to hard on cutting I was probably losing lbm so I'm just going to take it a bit slower retain some lbm and go for there.
I'm definitely in a more positive mindset now though
I feel like its working and I can see lots of small improvements so I'm happy
