My goal is to try to get down to at the least 12% bf. shredding is my goal since I am in my ideal weight zone for keeping good muscle and shredding.

0730: fasted cardio 20 min treadmill, 2.5 miles
0830: 2 whole heat toast topped w/ avocado
1030: 3 egg whites
1230: 3 egg whites
1400: 4 oz baked turkey breast brown rice
1600: 3 egg whites
1800: 3 egg whites 1 isopure
2000: cardio 20 min running 2.6 miles
chest day: incline press, chest fly, cable crossover, bicep curl. Abs
2130: 4 oz baked chicken baked zucchini

0830: 2 whole wheat toast covered with avocado
1030: 3 egg whites boiled
1230: 1isopure, 3 egg whites
1430: 3 oz baked chicken breast, 1/2 c brown rice
1630: 3egg whites boiled, 6 oz honey dew (couldn't resist)
1830: 1 egg, 1 whole wheat toast
1930: triceps extension, lying extensions, French press, dips, tricep pull down, 20 min cardio run
2130 will have broccoli and turkey

Don't know yet. Had full MACH tests ran yesterday. This morning dropping off more urine. I FEEL better today so ill hopefully be back on track working out again later. Still worried about it but until I hear something, and if I'm feeling better..... No excuses right lol I do have a competition going on.
