Soaring past the competition
Well here goes nothin! Going to attempt to do a recomp with the use of clen sparingly. Going to be doing 5 days a week 500 below maintenance and 2 days 500 above. I have allot to improve, the competition better be ready!

Starting stats:
5'10"
215lbs
20% bf (estimate)
Will post others in non relaxed poses further along in the comp.

Week 1
Attempting week one of low carbs... This will be like hell for me.
Training days will be Monday push day, Tuesday pull day, Thursday 30 minutes cardio and delts, Friday 30 minutes cardio and legs and finally Saturday 1 hour cardio.Last edited by Soar; 03-26-2013 at 02:51 PM.

Shedding some water weight fast, no cabs is brutal but I'm noticing vascularity is more noticeable now. Can't wait till week eight!!
