I actually do triceps with delts and biceps with chest so im doing one push and one pull exercise a day...I feel doing triceps is counter productive if done with chest because they are fatigued already if you worked your chest effectively...same with back and biceps...try it if you currently do chest tris and back bis...you will see what I mean...ive been lifting for a long time so you try different combinations to keep things fresh and interesting over the years...don't limit yourself to what the "Book" tells you find what works for you...hope you are well my friend...
