help me get in shape

i am 41yrs. and i want to get into shape


i need aEXERCISE PLAN and a dietand need to know what supplements to take. I have a anxiety disorder so that means i cant have any caffiene......my energy level has dropped big time and i need a boost

so if anyone can help me out please help......

JP welcome to AR my lady ! I also am a panic & anxiety sufferer and can't have any caffiene.

I am not an expert so I won't be able to help you much except that I know that there are plenty of very knowledgeable folks on AR. Stick around and listen to them, they really know what they are talking about.
