Hi Everyone I just signed up today. I'm Candice .I've competed in four contests. I"ve won one, 2nd in one and 3rd in two. I have to major problems ....I have no calves
none at all and my legs don't get hard ,my upper body does but not the legs
HELP

What type of cardio do you do...i.e. if you bike, do you set it at an easy level and pedal fast or do you set it at a higher level so it takes more strength to pedal? (use this analogy for any type of equipment)What happens here, stays here
