    Special Welcome!!

    HI Just wanted to welcome you all and give a special welcome to MsFit who is a great friend of mine!

    She has years of experience both in diet and training! She has entered and won numours shows and has loads of great advice to offer so we are lucky to have her here! Im sure she will be on later when im tucked up in bed LOL

    And all of you without you we wouldnt be able to become a family! I hope we can learn from each other and help one another with a special thanks to Jason and for all his support on this!
    and Bert with some fantastic ideas!
