Cynomel/Cytomel for women
I want to start a cycle of Cynomel, I have it already I'm just in the process of figuring it all out before I start. I know its not a miracle fat-loss drug, I work out 6days a week with weights and I have been for about 3 years now, plus I run a lot, I just want a kick start to getting a bit leaner for the summer. My main problem is I don't know how long I should go on it for (I know "no longer than 6 weeks") I was thinking, because its my first time, 15 days...?? with the UP/CONST/DOWN@5%/40%/55% that means 1day/6days/8days and I want my max to be 50mcgs so (25mcg tablets) take the pills 1,2,2,2,2,2,2,1,1,1,.5,.5,.5,.25,.25 ??? can you even slice them as small as .25? ..when the dose is supposed to be divided into 2 (morning/afternoon) a day ..and is 15days going to be long enough to even notice a difference or should I jump to maybe 20 @1day/8days/11days

Talk to Mallet....you wouldn't have near a high enough dose your way.

Your dosing would depend on what your basal body temp (BBT) was?...but for most people 50mcg isn't enough to give you a significant rise in metabolic rate...The first thing you should do is check your BBT upon rising each morning for four days to get a baseline, and to see how close or how far away from optimal you are, optimal being 97.6-98.2 it can be a little higher when cycling t3 for optimal fat loss and minimal muscle loss. Read the thread entitled "testing your thyroid function" this will explain how to check your BBT, also read "thyroid post cycle therapy " do a search for both of those before you start please...
