    Trying to Regain the Youth

I am new to the forum, but not new to working out. After two children and building a successful business, I have definitely let myself go. I am now 40 years old and trying to get my old body back. I am 40-50 pds overweight and never tried HGH before, but heard it would help me reduce my fat tremendously and help out with the achy joints and tired sex drive and most of all build lean muscle mass. Any suggestions for someone trying to get back into the game???

Welcome. If you are 40-50lbs overweight, I would recommend good old diet and cardio to get closer to a good starting weight before using anything.

That's fair. But I have been doing that for the past month and the weight is fluctuating. Not really moving anywhere. I just received a prescription for appetite suppresants and water pills, but am getting somewhat desperate.

I am 37 and know how you feel. I too started my own business and spent about 5 years working 80 hour weeks. At the end of it all I had an incredible business and a crappy body. I was overweight when I had always been thin. I started working out. Nothing excessive, but just started working out with my friend. I then started HGH and nothing happened. At least that is what I thought. It took a long time of both diet, gym and the HGH certainly helped. I am not a big muscle builder as you can see in my picture. But this is a picture of me and if you could see what I started from you would be proud of me. The guys above are right though. HGH is a great enhancer and will expedite your weight loss when used in combination with a healthier life style. You are on the right track and with continued effort more individuals on this board will be more willing to help you out. No one on this site likes to consider HGH or AAS as a single solution. Nearly everyone here shares the philosophy that these should only be considered in combination with healthier lifestyle.
