Newbie
I posted on another thread, but I will start my own I suppose now?
I am 33 and a female and new to any type of forum like this.
I have (up until the big 30) been naturally around 100- 106 lean and tone, not skinny, but seriously toned. My body fat was always low enough that min work and I had all the right cuts in all the right places you'd think I'd spent every hour in the gym, nope never did.
Now at 33 I am 5'3 135lbs pure body fat and cellulite. In 3 years it all went downhill.
I eat awesome, grilled fish, chicken and veggies, and water. My only cheat is starbucks 2x a day grande iced mocha ( can't give it up.)
On Saturday & Sunday I am on the water wakeboarding activtly for hours each day.
I do circuit training front 1x a week & back 1 times a week
I do 45 minutes of high paced sweat inducing walking 2 x a week.
I do a formostar wrap 2 x a week ( the wrap is a infared heat wrap).
For work I stand no sitting for 8 hours straight and walk alot at work. I cannot figure it out, I am way to active to not shred this off. or at least stop adding to it UGH!!
Recently it has been suggested by a few people I do one short low dose cycle of whinny, just to get it off and then it is up to me to keep it up.
I am turning to you guys and girls for your thoughts and inputs. PLEASE.

winn isnt the best choice for you, if you are going to use a steroid its better to chose something less androgenic like anavar which is much like winny anyways
also you may want to look into clenbutrol for fat burning. youll need to do some research on dosing and things like that but im just trying to help point you in the right direction
