Help with diet.
Hey, I am 23yrs, 5'7, around 126LBS (I have two kids)
I am trying to cut down my baby fat, I would like to get help based on losing fat and getting shape and hardest.
I am notsure if I am understand the hole meal thing.
If I had a day like this:
Meal - Oatmeal/coffee
Meal2 - Peanuts
Meal3 - Sandwich
Meal4 - Cottage cheese
Meal5 - Cihinken or steak or pasta
Snack - popcorn or crackers and cheese
Workout plan: I am going to use my bowflex 30-45mins aday doing:
Day 1: Chest/Shoulders
Day 2:Ski Machine 30-45mins/ upper Abs
Day 3: Bi-cep/Tr-cep
Day 4: Ski machine or bike 45mins/ bottom abs & sides
Day 5: Back/ Legs
Day 6 & 7: Off or walking & light bike
Now I hope I didn't lose anyone, But if you could help me with my daily plan that would be great.

when is that snack? i wouldnt put down any sugars or carbs before bed... early in the morning is more acceptable.. and if you work out in the morning you will get a greater calorie burn throughout the day.. versus working out in the evening.
