Ive been wanting to look into a personal trainer but just dont know if that is in my budget right now. don't worry, we can advise you as well if not better, hell half of us are personal trainers
Ive been working out on my own for about 8 months now, without changing my diet at all and have lost about 15 lbs. I have just recently in the past week come up with a new diet plan to help me with the last bit that I am trying to lose.
I am very excited to learn more about exercise and dieting :)
