Hey everyone,
Just wanted to say Ki Ora from New Zealand :hello:
I just joined to gain info mainly on Clen so I can lose around 5% body fat.
My training is very consistent - 6 days per week, 3 x full-body weight circuits, 3 x cardio sessions - or more on weight days if Im feeling energetic!
My main pitfall is my diet, which im determind to clean up ASAP... generall eat pretty well most of the time, but I have a weakness for chocolate and its putting a big stop to me losing this body fat im trying to be rid of...
Anyways, hi to you all, and looking forward to navigating more through the forums...
Any tips on clen & t3 is much appreciated!!
