Hello!
I'm Sarah, I've been cruising these forums for years and just now FINALLY getting around to making an account. I've been committed to working out for about 6 years, I love spinning, hiking, yoga, swimming, tennis and weights (leg day is my favorite). I have also been eating clean for the last three years and am actually so into nutrition that I went back to school last year to pursue a double masters in Dietetics and Food Technology. The abundance of knowledge and support that exists in these threads is inspiring, I'm excited to finally take part.
