Been browsing the site for a while and have recieved some good info! I figured it was time to register. Here is a little about my history....
30 yr old female 5'7
Two years ago I weighed in at 220lbs!
Today I am 130lbs, my lowest was 118lbs but the holidays did me in!
I am trying to get down to 115lbs.
Lift weights with a personal trainer 3x a week.
45min of treadmill cardio 5x a week.
3 protein, 3 veg, 2 fruit, 2 carb, no carbs after 5pm.
After reading all the info on this site I have just started my first cycle of clen.
