Long time lurker here - sciencelab.com issue

Hi all,

I'm not sure where to post this but I think I've just been ripped off by chemical supplier sciencelab.com

I ordered about $350 of chemicals from them and I got an email saying that some unspecified items were back ordered. I waited. After a while I asked what was going on, and they told me they were still waiting for the supplier. I asked for a refund.

They claimed the order had been shipped, so I asked for the tracking number because I hadn't received a tracking number in email, or an email notice of shipment. They said they'd get back to me because they couldn't find the paperwork.

Now they don't respond to emails or answer phone calls.

Has anyone else dealt with them?
