winstrol for a 20 year old girl to lose weight

i am 20 a female and want to lose 20 kgs in 2 months .. my brother has got me winstrol to help i haven't takin any yet because i am affraid of the side effects ruining my singing voice... that is very important to me .. i told him aout the side effects and he said the tablets he got for me are not testosterone based.... i will only be takin a small amount for a month just to help with weight loss but not if it will ruin me is winstrol the best choice i don't wanna look like a man .. i am about 5 .10 in height and about 85 kg so you can see why i wanna lose weight

How about you eat properly and do some exercise?

i have glucose problem i am insulin resistant so i lose weight alot slower than normal .. cause i have to much insulin and it's not working so my body is turning it into fat...i have been a dancer for ten years i use to be very skinny till i developed insulin resistance.. i am unhappy and uncomfortable and depressed. deiting and exercise isn't working properly

I have been told winny has a tendency to cause virilization in women. So thats something to think about. You wont have to worry about "looking like a man" like you said, dont worry hun, it takes LOTS of dedication for a woman to look muscular like a man, as we dont produce enough testosterone to get 'huge'. Just keep in mind winny causes things like voice change and hair in funny places... at HIGH doses. If you want to burn fat, try clenbuterol. Ive been on that for a while now & dont mind it. Also, an easier route might be to take Lean Out by Bev International. Its an all natural fat loss supplement, i swear by it when i cut down for bodybuilding competitions. Take one before each meal (so hopefully 6 meals) and then 2 before you workout. I love that stuff!! Hope this helps, girl! :)

Can u explain why you think winstrol is going to help you loose fat?

i was told by my brother .. i mean i know nothing about steroids so i looked it up and saw some horrible side effects.. he of corse said there are different types of winstrol and i shouldn't worry.... but he is not a body builder so i don;t know how much he really knows aout the steroid

so if i take a low dose of winstrol for three weeks will it ruin my singing voice

Take magnesium b complex and chromium as a start...

winstrol is a horrible idea for a girl trying to lose weight.. it is probably the worst thing a girl could take as it will cause all kinds of side effects in women.. and it is a BAD idea for a guy trying to do the same.. all winny does is make your muscles look/feel harder.. it deos not have any fat burning properties. if you want to lose weight and need a bust take some Clenbuteral.. they sell it online at the top of the page at ar-r.com. it is called liquidclen and is like fifty bucks for a bottle and one bottle will last you 8-10 weeks. take 120mcg ED for 6 weeks.. and take benadryl once a day at night for weeks 3 and 6.. you will sweat, and have a hard time sleeping, but you will lose 20lbs easily if your exercise and diet are in check.

P.S. sorry to hear about your condition, any chance of reversing that?

i was told about clenbuteral..... from a bodybuilder women at my gym.......there is no reversing the condition i have to take the medication for rest of my life but the doctor said once i lost the weight the medication will help keep my weight down ..

Focus on u diet and lots of cardio

Rather then excess retarded cardio.. I would try to treat the problem with exercise and diet..

First cut all caffeine as it has been shown to increase insulin resistance in healthy people...

Look into resistance training, as muscles are the foudnation for your BMR. Resistance training will also open the gates for insulin to work on uscles rather then store fat in adipose tissue after works outs.

It is easier to loose fat from gaining weight (muscle that is)...

Chance are your dietary choices are poor and your muscle mass LOW, that leaves us with your sitation... If you want "cardio" look into kettlebell complexes or a crossfit style program.. A treadmil or stair master wont cut it.

at your age you don't need any chems, you can lose the fat but not in 2 months, realistically would be 1 kg per week, if you work hard and do everything right of course! good luck.

thanks guys you all rock .... i have been giving a work out schedule and eating plan the owner of the gym i go to as also givin me health tips for my problem.... and as even taken me off ripped efx ......(although i thought ripped efx was good) any way we will see how things go
