I'm new and have a few questions
Hello everyone! I am NEW to this forum and have a few questions that I can't seem to get any answers for. I am a mother of 2 boys, they are 8 and 4. While I was pregnant with them, I got stretch marks and that "wonderful" extra skin. I am only 5'2" and 111 lbs, I have been doing some hardcore cardio for the past 3 weeks and have gotten rid of a lot of my baby fat. Now I am trying to tone and tighten it. So I have been in the gym everyday strength training with my husband. So my question is...... Will the skin on my stomach stay the same (loose) or will it tighten up as I build muscle? And does anyone know if it will help the stretch marks not look so bad.
