    Ok so now to introduce myself...My name is jenneva.. zabster151 is my man. He recommended me to start reading and chatting on some of these forums for some better "female" advice.

    age: 26
    height: 5' 5"
    weight: .....loading.......
    training ex: have been working out for 6yrs off and on. I lift weights with cardio at the end of the workout. Just had a baby so trying to really take it serious now.

    current training schedule: lift and cardio 5 days a week - take weekends off (sometimes get in for extra cardio)

    nutrition: I have completely cut salt out, working on better alternatives for sugar (and my sweet tooth!), but do need a diet overhaul cause its not working.

    So like I said I have been struggling for a while with little results. Zabz goal is to get bigger and mine is to get smaller and toner so he has a hard time giving me advice. (thanx again slim) He said this is a great place for support and motivation (and critiquing) and I think that is just what I need.
