Hi everyone I have been working out all my life. And I still don't have the body I want. Maybe you gals can spit out your secrets to get the perfect abs.
I'm 130 pounds
My height 5'7"
I work out 3 to 4 times a week and i eat clean. But i don't have a set routine. I would like some of your expertise in setting up a workout plan and a diet that i can follow. My goal is to get cut and hard. I don't want to put on any size. I"m just looking to loose body fat and mainly in the abdominal area.
