    Hi I am new !

    Hi..

    My name is Theresa and I live in NYC..

    I have been working out on and off for about 5years..

    I have implants and I am looking to now finally shape my lower body..

    I can't no matter WHAT gain weight..

    I would like to try to develop a shape like Trish Stratus..

    Can anyone suggest what I should take and what exercies to do....

    Whats up Girl? I am from New York as well. Trish Stratus is a great role model and goal. Especially her lower body. Sounds like your upper body is set. Try doing lunges and deep squats. Light weight, high reps. There are numerous machines designed to work the glutes, hamstrings and thighs. You might want to try supersetting some of those.

    Gaining weight can be a bitch. For a wannabebarbie, it's better that your not complaining that you can't lose weight. Eat more, eat better sources of complex carbs and increase your protein intake. If you don't take a meal supllement, try one. I love Myoplex.
