Hello I am looking for some advice!! I had a back injury a year ago and need to lose weight fast I have gone from 65 kilos to 80 as being in bed most of the time I am at the gym 5 days a week but it's killing my back how can I lose weight fast I am on a great diet too please help!!! Can steriods help me??

Steroids aren't for weight loss. Post your stats, daily nutrition, and workout routine. There are many areas that can be analyzed to determine an optimal plan. 5 days a week may be too much and your routine may be designed for fast twitch versus slow twitch muscle fibers. In most cases, people who have trouble gaining or losing weight is because their daily nutrition is not properly designed or followed.

welcome. proper nutrition is ke . jump over to the nutritional forum. lots of information under the subforum called sticky notes. also member threads to read, study, learn. i suggest you also create a progress thread with your stats. height/weight/% BF and also sample diet with macro nutrient breakdown (macros in terms of calories/grams of protein/carb g/fat g). that will get you started. enjoy!!!
