What look are you after girls? Bikini?

I'm thinking about writing a training and diet program designed for girls who are aiming to look good for the beach and get that 'bikini girl' look....
I just want to know how many girls here are after that look compare to a more bodybuilding or figure type look....

put me down for tummy work and bigger booty. i also what strong shoulders - definition in the arms esp shoulders. i am nursing some injuries at the moment, but i am in after i recover from surgeries. BTW baseline - i am signed up for tough mudder so will need to do some trail runs and hopefully this won't detract from the bigger booty.

Ok now this is a video of dana Linn Bailey... She is now competing in the physique division and I know a lot of you girls may not be after that 'look'.... However she is a freak and on drugs (I think)...
I want you to note the intensity of here training, she trains hard and heavy and that is key for anyone.... When your trying to build muscle this is essential... You train with weights to build muscle... You do your cardio to burn calories/ body fat....
Even in a lot of these videos that I am posting you will see girls training with high reps in the 15-25 rep range... This is simply not going to build muscle which is what your goal should be so learn from DLB, train hard, train intense and build some muscle.... People get results despite of what they do, not always because of what they do if u get what I mean...

WOW!!! My goal is for a toned everything for that bikini but still looking feminine. Those ladies make me tired just watching them. Such work and dedication! That is awesome!

Well I want to look like a top 10 in the Ms. Olympia lineup...
Basically I want to look like my pic (yes, that is I) but bigger and harder and better. Bigger arms, bigger shoulders, thicker chest, thicker back, blown-up quads.

The first link is DEFINITELY sexy to me Baseline. My hard work/training and diet starts tomorrow. Officially allowed to weight train heavy following surgery recovery (minor). I'm looking forward to undoing the damage the last 6 weeks of abstinence has done (I've put on 5kg since I won a Body Transformation here in Australia). Don't have much time to get a bikini body for summer though, lol... Summer started yesterday!
