Hi I was suggested by some friends to start taking low dose var and I am just looking to get some suggestions from woman who have taken it. I am 24, 5'8, 137lbs about 21-22% BF.... I have the 10mg capsules and was told to start cycling with 10mgx2weeks, 20mgx4weeks and then back to 10mg for last 2 weeks.... Any suggestions or tips?
