    New to site

    Hey there everyone! My husband, Platinum, has been using this site for a while, so I decided to check it out myself. The last 5 years that he & I have been together we have worked out (he has been more consistant than I though). I love to lift & sometimes actually enjoy cardio. Nutrition has been a big play in my life, so I do eat pretty healthy (except on those cheat days).

    I would love to get some female advice, men just can't understand like a woman can.

    Could I get access to the female forums? Pretty Please!
