    Cool new female member

    Or about 2.5 years at it... But I've been hitting a platHi all. New here, looking for information. I'm 27, weight about 140 and I'm. 5'7.5"... I want to get. Super sculpted and lean... Working hard for about 2.5 yrs at it now... Hitting a plateau... What should I take to give me that edge? Any help is appreciated.
