Hi there,
I'm a 34 year old decent athlete looking for ways to move the bar on my performances and fine tune my physique. Just beginning my research on my options and was recommended this site.
Thanks in advance!

Currently, I play roller derby, have played volleyball, ran track and basketball in the past. I am so very new to this level of commitment, and wanting to really understand things before I just start blindly experimenting with things.
I am 5'6" and 149lbs. I don't know my BF%, although I'm sure its not very great right now. I just had my son in January, so I'm still working that away. I worked out my entire pregnancy, and have been hard at it with a trainer since then as well. She doesn't believe in supplementing though, so I can't go to her for advice.
My husband just did his first cycle, and his results are amazing, but I'd really like to learn and understand what I can do to help see better results and performance for myself. My goal is to be very lean and strong, but not competition body builder style.

Thanks for all the welcomes! I've been reading this site for 2 days straight now, about 6 hours a day, and think I'm finally decoding some of the lingo and getting a bit more acquainted.
