    I loved/hated it. Its a rough workout but a nice change from doing the norm or blood and guts style. I would be heartbroken if I couldnt do squats or deadlifts. Sounds like youve been able to work around that tho

    better. Actually, it's better than my other knee now. But I'm a little gun shy, as this isn't the first time I've had some knee problems.

    leg day goes something like this

    leg press
    leg extension
    leg curls
    seated calf raises
    hip adduction
    hip abduction
    weighted abs

    not as good as the big three, but you learn to do what you can with what you got.
