Hello everyone!
I am excited to start on this forum and have a lot to learn. I have been training since college and recently more frequently/ seriously. I am looking forward to continue to build a good base of muscle and excited to see how I can get my body to look.

I am at 108- 110lbs at 5'4. I am interested in learning more, specifically about supplementing my workouts with var. Currently i am doing cardio at 90% of my max for 50 mins a day (split into two sessions) and 4 days a week of weight training. I suspect when i start my cycle, i will up the amount of weight training to try and get the most out of it.

Var is a common first cycle for females...welcome!!!

Hi and welcome!
That sounds like a lot of cardio - and your stats look to be pretty lean. When you start the var and wanting to gain a little lean mass, you may want to cut back on a good deal of that high intensity (90%) cardio.
