    1st Cycle of Anavar, How much is TOO much? 25-50mg Ok?

    Hey Girls!
    This is my first time posting and was hoping at least a couple experienced people could help coach me along my first cycle of Anavar.
    I am 5'2" 125lbs, about 15% BF, I have a vegan diet and I am a silks aerialist (google it) :stiletto:
    My goal is simply to GET STRONGER!
    I am attempting to get 150 grams of protein a day (not whey however, since it is deprived from animal product)
    My job requires a lot of upper body strength and flexibility so I decided to start taking Anavar - oxandrolone - in the morning with my breakfast. I don't train until after 5pm, I use light weights, and a pull up bar, along with my silks. I am going to mix in some cardio as well.
    I have 50mg Capsules, and I have been told to split the dosage in half because 50mg is "too much" and I have also read most women only taking 5-15mg dosages.
    Why is it "too much"? I have seen plenty of men at 150lbs take 100mg, but why would 25-50mg for a 125-130lb female, not be a good dosage to increase gains?

    I am on day 2 right now, I took 25 mgs yesterday and this morning, and I have noticed that I have been peeing very frequently.
    Is this normal? I am thinking maybe my body is just adjusting to the Anavar - oxandrolone - ? or is this a sign that 25mg is "too much"?

    Are there any women that have experience using 25mg dosages or higher?

    I just want to make sure that I am not going to permanently hurt myself by "overdosing"!

    welcome to the boards..

    1-2 week 5mg
    3-8 week 10mg

    problems sited is it will mess with your lipids, do you have cholesterol issues??

    I have never trained a woman using 25mg, that's significant, and i've run anavar as high as 100mg week, its' one of those drugs where more is not always better..

    food, recovery, cns, muscle fiber, mitochondria development is how you get stronger..

    Work in the 3-5 rep very heavy weights ..range give 72 hours between muscle groups and consume BCAA when you are not eating food, that means getting up in the middle of the night and consuming either ensure, or BCAA...

    then go back to your normal routine after 6-8 weeks..

    Good luck with the protein consumption, that will be a real issue for you in your life style..

    if 125 is your normal ldl (that's he bad one) it could increase it by 100%... thus putting you at greater risk for plaque build up in your arteries..

    I'm sure it's uber lower due to your diet right??

    Could you share you diet regarding protein consumption to reach 125g protein per day...

    I'm not sure how to read my LDL, but my blood pressure is 100/65 HR 56
    I am not sure if 125 is a good desired amount of daily intake in protein or not, whats your opinion in how much I should take?
    I was planning on taking a 40gram shake with me into work in the morning, and drinking it until lunch, then getting my protein from quinoa,lentils,nuts,tempeh etc. until a after work shake of 40grams, then a similar dinner, then a another shake before bed

    If all your after is strength gains why dont you head to the nutrition section and let the guys there help you out with diet and follow spys advice on training and see how you go?

    Hi I am new here. I am taking Anivar for the first time. I have 50 mg pills. I was told to take 10 mg 2 times a day. How can I cut the pill down. Also do you think this is the proper dosage? I am 125 lbs. I am looking to put on more muscle, get rid of some water weight and tighten up.
