You will need to post your stats (age, weight, height, body fat %) and prior cycle history so that members know what they are working with and how best to advise you.

I certainly hope you aren't running provision and winny alone.

I'm 23 years old, 1,65 m. high and 63 kg. I don't know by bf and this will be my first cycle. I have already bought the supplements. Thanks in advance for the advices!
