New to Var & need advice
I haven't taken any Var as of yet, but I have them & I'm desperate for full advice before taking them. I am healthy and have a very good diet & exercise program.
I need to know how much and when to take it. Also how much protein I should consume & a possible limit on carbs. I consume 1500-2000 calories a day and do cardio 3 days a week & strength training 5 days a week. I avoid chest because the more I work my chest the more my breast implants look weird since they are 10 yrs old.
Can anyone help with dose, nutrition, & workouts for Var?

Start with 10 mg 5 mg am 5 mg 6-8 hrs later
Then after a week see how u like it go up to 20 mg same split
6-8 week max
3 and 5 is good u need to get your tdee and figure out diet from nutrition center

eat 1.5 grams of protein per 1 pound of LBM
if you tell me height, weight (age = 31) and body fat%, I can knock out a nutrition plan for you pretty quick.
