Smile 1rt var cycle finished!! What to expect after that??

I have just finished my first VAR cycle and I'm very happy. Lost 6 pounds approximately and the shape of my body is pretty good. But now I'm a kind of afraid to regain my previous weight. What should I do?? My goal is mainly to lose weight, like 5 more pounds or so, should I go running more frequently and go lift like twice per week??
Thank u guys, for the time you take answering

Watch your diet/calorie intake very closely

Weight can easily rebound(even if you're a guy. . lol)

As far as losing more weight, that means more cal deficit. But, it can be a bummer since you most likely gained some LBM with the Var run you did.

I'd wait till the next run on gear to lose weight(that's if you chose to do one). Or at least maintain for a bit before trying to drop more weight.

Welcome. Diet and nutrition are the key, unfortunately, to keeping the weight off. How much are you running now? (You ask should you run more.)

I run 45 min three times per week. I don't know if it is enough... I think I should add one more day at least. Maybe I should measure the distance, not the time.

Focus on exactly what you are trying to achieve

    It's like this: nutrition/workout routine/juice/time

Your diet is key & will be about 60% of your results. Your workout routine is also important and will determine your LBM gains & fat loss. Then juice helps over time. . . . . .

Don't focus on cardio - Weight lifting burns more calories than most cardio.

And it takes time. . . . Lots of time. Depending on how well your genetics/body respond.

    That easy lol

^^^ agree. I think diet has a higher impact. Closer to 80 %. Cross train. I was a cardio bunny for years. I started lifting a my body likes it. I have been increasing my weights over time. It does take time. . Good luck.
