Am a new member here,so i want to be on board we you guys!
My name is Tonya and am russian.am 24 5'8'' 143 current weight and am not sure about BF%,but trainer did caliper measurements month ago and it was 20 he said.am not sure it's accurate,i guess u can say am 26?or not.
anyway i work out only 1 year and i lost weight from 181
i workout 4 times a week,3 hiit sessions and steady state cardio pretty much everyday,just simple brisk walking.
i follow high fat ketogenic diet from beggining of my journey and i feel that it's really my thing).
i have some questions and need advise from you,i hope you can help me.
1.i have thoughts to try Anavar ,(cause i want to get down to 13% bf.) combined with Clen .i never tried it before,so what the dosage will be for me and how long i can take it?do i need take breaks? + is it okay to use them on standard ketogenic diet(i don't do any carb loads at all)?
2.do i need/can weight lift more days,like 6-7 if i feel enough energy or it will make more harm?
