    HGH Genetech Genetropin

This is my first time with injecting, Im taking 2iu a day and will combine with Var next month....Is bruising normal for women? I am quite petite, just want to ensure I'm being safe.... I've spoke to friends and searched the Internet, a lot
suggests I could have caught a capillary etc.... What's the risk if I keep bruising and how can I prevent this as I'm bruising nearly every time... I'm squeezing the skin and injecting the skin at 45degrees , ive tried both in thigh and stomache

Try not to squeeze, I just pull up skin and stick through the side. You may be putting to much pressure and causing blood to release. Welcome to the board, stick around and log your progress. Ill ask admin to turn your screen name pink.

It doesnt matter how good looking she is, some where, some one is tired of her shit.

Light travels faster then sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

Great place to start researching ! http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...-database.html

The bruising isn't an issue in itself. If you are trying to avoid it due to unsightliness, you could ice the area you are going to inject for a few minutes beforehand as this will constrict the capillaries so they will be harder to hit (do this before you use your alcohol wipe).

As BG says, don't squeeze, just lift gently.

Also, some things like omega 3 oils, fish oils and vitamin E make it more likely that you will bruise, and so do nonsteroidal anti inflammatories like ibuprofen, aspirin and naproxen.
