    Help anavar!

    This is my first cycle and I have 25 mg capsules of anavar . I was told to take one tablet every morning but on some threads it's saying to only take10 mg. any advice?!

    That is an odd dosage. You said capsules not tablets. Ugh.

    The highest dosage I've seen recommended is 20 mg per day. I would see if I can split the capsules.

    I bought a scale and made it 10 mg a capsule thanks!
