Hi all! I have been lifting heavy for a couple of years now but really want to see if I can take it to the next level

I am thinking of trying var, as I am new to this and heard its a good place to start. I am not interested in the cutting etc at this stage, just good old strength gains (and more muscle would be friggen awesome but I don't think it works that way?? not sure! haha).

Look forward to getting stuck into reading more on the forums!
