New girl in the house!
hi there everybody!
Im a 27 yo female athlete, I have 5 years of training under my belt (3 years with proper diet, suppl and training)...I did 2 Var cycle in the past (2012 and 2013), and now I've decided to run a 6-weeks winstrol cycle...Im in week 1, and reading here and there in many forums, I read I was wrong to choose winnie, due to its lot sides (deepening of voice, clitoral enlargement, etc)...Now I am little bit scared by all I read about...I decided to take winnie over var because many coaches told me it causes less water retention and that with proper diet (normocaloric diet, not hypo) and proper training it can give good amount of lean muscle and less water...they told me also that staying at low dosage (10mg x day splitted, x 6 weeks) I shouldn't have any sides, according to my personal body, obviously...with 15-20 mg x day of Var I had just a clitoral hypertrophy, that was temporary, within 15 days since the end of cycle it went away completely...
Are here some girls who used/use winnie without problems??? Im a bit scared right now...btw, if some side comes out during the cycle, Ill stop it completely...
Sincerely, Im wondering what stuff Larissa Reis, Nathalia Melo, Michelle Lewin and all the others pro fitness girls take for appearing that hot, muscular, hard and feminine too...I mean, I dont think they still play with Var only...I think they run test too, sometimes...even though they look more feminine than every other natty chick! dont know how they look below there , but at least from the outside they are women at 100%! and even more!Last edited by Ica27; 01-14-2015 at 07:45 AM.

I can't say what those female fitness models take but I was looking around on the web and didn't found anything ! or maybe didn't dug long enough !
Most females I knew never used winny but instead clen /t3 and had pretty good results on it.
If I find it though, i'll remember you and send you the answer !

thx y'all! I forgot to mentioned that I used clen (in a proper way, obviously 3w on, 3w off for 2 time) last year, and I got only problems, zero pros! I took it with lentokalium and taurine, as it is supposed to be taken, but I had tremors, anxiety, headache, and more and more...and zero cutting effect on my body! dont want to play with T3 cause I wanna let my hipofisis-tyroid axis remain the same...I just have too much problems in my life, dont want to **** up my axis...the only thing, through last 2 years, I noticed could fit with me are androgen hormones...I just tried only var in the past, and I got little results, not too much...is needed to try with something else and see what work better for me!...but please, not clen or T3...are better 2-3 whole months at 0 carbs diet without cheatmeals...instead of that shit!

Im not on contest and I have never competed in my life, but this year I would like to step on the next level, I mean I wanna put some real lean muscle to definitively change my body! I think 3 cycle spread across the whole year could let me get a real jump on quality....and, why not, after that I would like to do a competition...
that's why I decided to run something different like winnie, over the var, that I've just used in the past...to try to get some great changes...last time I ran Var, I got some water retention after the 6 weeks cycle, and my bf was higher too...15%...so I hope I could get less water and maintain the same bf at this round!

some news fellas: Im on week 3 of winny (10mg/day)...what I've noticed till now is a bit clitoris enlargement, more strenght and more hardness of my muscles...dont know if its just my feeling.
Im at the beginning of the 3rd week...wanna go ahead at least till the end of week 4th and see what happens...then, Ill decide if continue or stop my cycle.
Im in normocaloric diet right now, because didnt want to drop my kcal and carbs while on cycle and on Jenuary...does winny do cut during a normocaloric diet??? or is it just for anabolic effects??? dont want to put too much weight on...so I hope I can stay lean...after the cycle I have in mind to do 3 weeks of carbs drop without cheatmeal for 3 weeks in a row to see what happens to my body!

Steroids in general can cause water retention from the hormonal imbalance.
And it kinda varies from person to person - Winni or Var typically do not cause water retention in most folk, but do the opposite(dry u out)
Thx for posting up how it's going - It is very rare to see any insight into female cycles, aside from Var since it is the most common(no one talks about it)

Diet is king. Bad diet no results. I've had my experience with bad results bc diet was not perfected.

One other comment re weight. Winny promotes LBM and is a cutter. Don't worry too much about the scales bc muscle weighs more then fat. Be more concerned with your "look".

Hi y'all, fellas! Im in the middle of week 4 of my 10mg ed winny cycle (2 more weeks left)...Clitoris has remained the same than 2 weeks ago, a little bit enlarged, but it doesnt seem to grow anymore, its steady. Btw, I've dropped my carbs to 30g total every day (just 50gr of quaker oats for breakfast)...and I noticed that my strenght is the same, even though Im eating less kcal, muscles are hard as hell like Ive never had before, and dropping carbs from 60 gr total ed to 30 g ed seems to work well, Im more vascularized than last week (especially on lower abdomen, arms n delts) and Im starting to cut some fat too...I can say that winny works better than Var for putting some lean muscle while on cutting hypocaloric diet...when I used Var, before last summer, I was on hypocal diet and even though on gear I didnt gain any muscles, but I just got some hardness and water retention as well...that was all...I remember I saw myself looking better after 2-3 weeks since the end of var cycle, than during cycle...
Never noticed hair growth or voice deepening till now, just some water retention that Im trying to avoid lowering carbs, and during this week it seems to work...
body weight is 48.7 kg, right now...its more than before starting cycle, 1kg more...but I think I should worry if it was the same as before...1kg more during a cycle is legit, I think.

Thanks for sharing this info with everyone... As I think it's very intriguing To hear this info(are you going to compete) from the opposite sex... Very interesting and keep up the great work! At your weight and height & bf I can imagine how much more lean you got from the winny... Starting at 14% where do you think you are now??

I think I can get a reliable opinion about my condition once Im off cycle, maybe 2-3 weeks later...after last week Im gonna do 3 weeks of a different diet and kcal to see what happens...I think 2-3 weeks are needed to drain the water caused by winnie...and then I can really say how I look like. Dont hope to become Nathalia Melo suddenly :-) , I think more years of training and gear are needed to reach a level like hers, but I hope just to be better than before, so at least at 13% of BF...and sides free, above all!

Yes I definitely hear where your coming from(in reference to Melo... Lol) and yes I would think they are constantly running peps like clen and T3 to stay as lean as they are(as well as whatever else...lol)!

As far as looking at the pros - it's so tough, no one but them really knows what they are on. I have heard anything from year long gear to year long GH - No way to really know
But, I know it's damn near impossible to not look at em & say daum - what does it take

Quads seeem getting leaner, at least a little bit...I did 5 weeks of winni and noe Im in the second week off...and condition is better than when I was on...it caused water retention...now im in the second week of carbs down, but still have one cheat meal x week! Next week will be the last week of prep and lets see what will be the final result

Nothing special, just too much water retention during cycle and clitoris enlargement, that is going back week by week...nothing else...no hairyness, no acne, no voice deepening! I did 5 weeks on winni anda normo kcal diet...I reached a weight of
49,7kg...then..From week 6 I did a hypokcal diet and my weigh now, on second week off, is 48.1...one more week left for the end of the 8weeks prep period
