    Seeking Advice

I'll try to keep this short and sweet.
I have lost 70 pounds, and maintained this for 2 1/2 years. I can't seem to lose anymore body fat, or make big muscle gains. I'm currently 5'4, 135lbs, and 22-24% body fat (Mix of HIIT, lifting, cardio- diet is in check). I've tried a few fat burners from GNC- all seem useless. Tried an ECA stack in the past, worked wonderfully, but not accessible anymore. Have been advised to try Anavar , because I don't want an injectable, and it's potentially less harmful for me being a woman- in a low dose. Only problem is, it's more than likely bunk, online is useless for finding a reliable and reputable source (I'm not asking for a source), and being a female, we have less options!
Can anyone else make any recommendations?

    Thanks in advance.

As far as Var goes - I always suggest pharmaceutical grade for a female(it just takes out the what if it's?!)

    135 pounds @ 5'4" is very respectable

But, what you are seeing is natural body plateu - even on drugs of any for we get there

To break it, you need to go out of your norm - extreme cal deficit, EC or other thermogenics(you can buy Ephedra in a pharmacy BTW), steroids do actually help you lose weight in any way - they just allow you do things you couldn't naturally, like drop fat while on a cal deficit diet, yet gain muscle

There other things - anything from diet modifications, to just about anything

BTW - Welcome & rock on for losing 70 pounds < that's some serious weight!

Thanks for the welcome and response.
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs and a Greek yogurt. Cal=220
Lunch: 2 slices of whole wheat bread, peanut butter, and a banana. Cal=390
Dinner: 5oz chicken, half cup brown rice, and spinach. Cal=359

This is what I ate today. Trainer suggested I maintain 1,200 cals a day.

Hi!!! Congrats. That's amazing progress. The last 5 lbs are a beotch!!!

Lunch could be improved with meal similar to dinner. There's not much protein going on and replace pb with healthy fat.

I know other members find ways to make an ECA stack. I haven't but others still do it and seems like your best bet.

Carb cycling is another approach although our carbs are very low to begin.

Var is a viable option. I found good source second time around so I understand there's fakes out there.

Let me know how I can help.
