Anavar for a newbie?

Hi everyone! I've been wanting to start a cycle of anavar for awhile now, but am having trouble finding a good source (of course trying random websites resulted in nothing). I'm 5'5" 140 pounds and am looking to cut about 10 pounds. I keep managing to talk myself out of using gear, being afraid of side effects and all, but wanted to see what other women thought about it and what their experiences were.

I'm in my 20s and have been lifting for the past 3 years. I love everything about it, but am getting really frustrated with my current plateau. Yes, I eat clean and sleep 8-9 hours a night, but with working all day my training has still been off. …gear suggestions?

Welcome to the forum, swolepanda! This is just an intro to say Hi... But if you post in the Q&A section(male or Female - Id imagine you'd want some women to chime in regarding var)... :)

It's one of the most faked compounds so you'll want to get a Labmax kit to test it to make sure your not supprised w/d-Bol or winny(though many women have no probs with winny) but anavar is by far more safe... HGH is also a good option but is also faked even more probably...

It is! Wise for anyone using AAS, but Especially in your case... for obvious side effects that I don't need to mention... But it's a safe way to know what your getting!

Anavar is a good choice for first cycle. You must get the diet dialed in before you start your cycle. Otherwise u will wasted your time and money.

For a second I thought I knew who this was by the user name - lol, but nah


A dry, clean diet is a damn near must. Specially while on juice, all steroids have a tend to cause some sort of bloat - which can be counteracted with a very clean diet.


Also, as far as the Var - for all females I recommend pharmaceutical grade - Since you don't require nowhere near as much as a guy, the cost isn't all that bad and is worth the Buck


I feel ya as far as working sucking away from fitness - Currently I am in the same boat - It's a very tough balance
