Hi new here! Considering 1st competition
Hey all.
So I'm new to this site. Not to the bodybuilding world though. My husband is an amateur bodybuilding who has competed in multiple shows. I have years of training under my belt...although had taken a too-long break with the last baby & have really only been back at the gym since December.
I've given birth to 8 kids...youngest is 2 years old.
Current stats are:
5' 4.5"
132 lb (was 145 in Dec...down to 124 a month ago...pretty sure the majority of gain since is muscle)
no idea of body fat percentage.
I'm contemplating competing in my first show (in possibly 7 weeks...if I'm not ready enough I'll have to wait for one later in the year)
I'm doing cardio 2x a day, weight training every day (split) & diet is pretty clean apart from the occasional cheat (but protein every meal...carb cycling & no sugar etc)
Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome!
